    Responsibility:
    • Source and seek out prospective tenants
    • Manage and lead all leasing management and budget forecast in order to maximize rental, thereby increasing various malls profitability with the most desirable and productive tenants : long term and short term leasing
    • Direct and manage the tenant plan check & Permit Process
    • Support tenant leasing and legal negotiation
    • Evaluate and provides advice to tenants on matters such as shop concept, image, merchandise, selling strategies, and services
    • Monitor and measure tenants compliance to specified standards to ensure their operation within guidelines of their signed lease agreement, regulation and obligation
    • Work with the marketing team to implement and communicate mall and retailer campaigns and initiatives to tenants
    • Collaborate with other departments for the improvement of tenants performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels, achieve tenants satisfaction within the limits and condition
    • Achieve specialty leasing income goals established by management
    • Other duties as assigned
     
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
    • Successful track record of building effective tenant relation within a shopping mall or retail property management environment
    • Experience in medium or large mall retail fit out and tenant coordination, with knowledge of retail leasing and lease management
    • Has strong connection and relationship in tenancy mall development for larger commercial area
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skill
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skill
    • Attractiveness and excellent relationship building skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
    • Good contact with vendor in market
    • Proficient in Microsoft office
    • Understand about the market trends
    • English both oral and written
    • Good communication and negotiation skill
    • Detail oriented and high accuracy
    • Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibit initiative and be proactive
    • Willing to work in Bali
