    Key tasks and responsibilities: 
    • Business planning - target and revenue setting and achievement, brand strategy planning, performance tracking and KPI from commercial and operational divisions
    • Accountable for financial performance and consolidation across commercial and operation divisions.
    • Leverage internal data and third-party data to build insights and to support business decision making 
    • Analyzing big sets of data on performance of existing partnerships and potential new ones and distill actionable insights
    • Business development - identify new ideas or potential partners to leverage the business efficiently.
    • Developing, iterating & improving on key baseline materials such as guidelines, templates and checklists for commercial team
    • Brand managers supervise all activities related to the brand;
    • Work closely with marketing, business development and operational teams to lead high level strategy to achieve goals and to a measure effectiveness on the related parties
     
    Qualifications & Skills
    • At least 3 years’ experience in sales/ business development with exposure to marketing (experience in tech/retail or fashion industry is a big plus)
    • 2 years’ experience in startup company in e-commerce industry is much preferred
    • MBA degree, ecommerce or PMO experience are preferred.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude to quickly dive deep into content to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions
    • High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work on tasks independently without a lot of guidance
    • Strong analytical acumen and comfort with generating and evaluating metrics, forecasts, and analyses
    • Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills
    • Commercial focus, results orientated, proactive and ability to work without close supervision
    • Tableu or Qlikview users preferred
