    The Channel Sales Coordinator will be reporting to the Country Manager and is responsible to develop and coordinate the Project Business Sales in collaboration with their Exclusive Master Distributor by animating the PnB and Contractors Channel
    Client Details
    The Company is an Electrical Multinational Company. They are an industrial group who are focusing their core business in the availability, control, safety and safety low voltage networks with increased focus on the customer's power performance.
    Purpose of Position:
    - Develop and coordinate Project Business Sales in collaboration with Exclusive Master Distributor by animating the PnB and Contractors channels.
    - Be the point of contact when it comes to coordinating project pipeline up-dates and follow-up actions
    - Deploy the Marketing Panel Builder/ Contractor channel programs and the commercial action plan
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Project Business Development & Coordination
    - Identify new projects through direct visits to the PnB and contractor in order to reach targeted pipeline volume and TO target
    - Develop a strong collaboration spirit with the distributors in order to foster their resources to fulfil common goal and increase the conversion rate
    - Be the internal and external coordinator of company's project business in order to enable an efficient project flow through channels
    2. Channel Business Point of Contact
    - Build up a strong network in company's partner to be able to coordinate their resources to support the conversion of their Specification effort
    - Permanently share project information with their Spec engineer team in order to maximize action/result
    - Organize weekly coordination meetings with the Team and then with the partner to define the net steps
    3. Deploy Marketing / Contractor Channel Programs
    - With Company's marketing team, contributor tom the creation of the PnB / Contrator marketing program. Convincing the partner of the relevance of it, be the actor of the execution and follow through up to a ROI
    ROI- With Sales Manager support, build up commercial action plan, execute, track and stay focused on identifying and converting projects
    4. Support Marketing Action Plan & Tools
    - Assist marketing with market data pricing analysis
    - Identify new market segment and offer requirements
    - Support product launch
    - Participate to marketing actions
    1. Bachelor degree in Engineering (S1)
    2. Marketing & Sales / Channel Sales knowledge (5 years of relevant experience)
    3. Product knowledge in Low Voltage Electrical Distribution System
    4. Strong Communication Skills and Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
